The authorities of Adygea has established a Commission, which soon will be engaged in defining the boundaries of the aquaculture sites and the development of measures to support fisheries, as well as an analysis of the activities of these farms for compliance with legislation. The order gave the Prime Minister Murat Kumpilov following the meeting with the acting head of the Agency ACHTU Yevgeny Zolotukhin, devoted to prospects of development of commercial fish farming in the country. This was announced by the government of the Republic.
The reason for this was the shortage of fish from a local producer and skewed the production towards Stavropol region.
According to the agriculture Ministry, one of the reasons could be poor reporting companies. First and foremost, the Agency will supervise the work of JSC "Specialized fish breeding plant for the production of herbivorous fish" and FGUP "the production of the South sturgeon-fish, and several large and successful farms. The aim is to identify areas for fry production, use in the production of commodities, and the impact of these factors on the final price of the product. According to the government, in the region the sector employs more than 2 000 households, and the area of water bodies amounts to over 9 000 ha. these objects will be tested during the season.
In the management of the Agency promised to provide the farmers of the scientific-methodical support. In particular, it will be linked to the involvement of the economic entity in the development of the industry on a competitive basis and support the work of farmers at all stages. In turn, the Ministry of agriculture of the Republic reported that specialized services will receive support through programs for beginning farmers and the creation of livestock farms.Kumpilov also discussed the plans and results of the suppression in the Republic of poaching. The extent of the violations and completed tasks is great – only the beginning of the year issued about 400 protocols on the total amount of fines 1 800 000 rubles. 92% of this amount has already been received from violators. The Prime Minister decided to carry out this work every year. The Kumpilov was asked to determine the norms for fishing in the framework of sports and Amateur fishing. The participants of the meeting agreed that the issue be discussed with the participation of scientists and members of the public, and before the year's end it will be the final decision.
Participation in the meeting was also attended by the Minister of agriculture of the Republic Yury Petrov, the senior inspector of the Kuban-Circassian Department of fisheries ACHTU Rosrybolovstva Hazrat Arecibo and the chief of Republican management on protection and use of fauna objects and aquatic biological resources Azamat Twow.
