"In September, in Minusinsk, one of the largest cheese producers in the region will begin to produce Siberian mozzarella", - he said, noting that the initial volume will be 1.5-2 tons per month.
"Thus, we largely close the need for this kind of cheese", - said Zubarev.
As explained TASS the head of the manufacturer ("Milk"), Andrei Serafimovich, now the company produces about 15 tons of cheese a month.
"Special investments in the mozzarella we do not, production capacity is already there. We only invite technology specialists, which will start production", - he said.
According to the head of the company, it is expected that the market of the Siberian mozzarella will not only Krasnoyarsk region and Khakassia and regions of Eastern Siberia.
