Accepting applications from those wishing to participate in the competition started on 16 August and will end on September 15. The competition itself is planned to be held not later than 27 October in the Mound. A notice published on the Department's website.

RPU are for five years. It plots on the lakes Actopan, Haskovo, Elena, Filatove, Salty (Dog), Terenkol Bitter (Big Coreinae), Salt (Invisible), Sasara, Bitter, Magpie (Vishnyakovo), Little Bitter.
