He proposed to introduce a state of emergency in the agricultural sector of the region, which will allow you to apply to the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation with the issue of the provision of material assistance to the affected farmers of the region, and will be the basis for their appeal to the tax authorities for the deferral of payment of taxes.

"In the Kaliningrad region will be introduced a state of emergency in agriculture. The decision made by the Commission on prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and ensuring fire safety of the government of the region", — informs the regional government, calling the timing of the introduction of emergency mode.

According to the regional Ministry of agriculture, grain and leguminous crops have been harvested 27% of the cultivated area (last year at this time, removed 40%).
