Receiving and checking of necessary documents for accreditation of participants is available at regional stock exchanges of JSC "national commodity exchange".

Recall that, in accordance with the decree of the Ministry of agriculture of Russia, dated 27 July, 2016 No. 73-R are carried out organizational activities for the implementation of the state purchasing interventions concerning grain of a crop of 2016 to regulate the market of agricultural products, raw materials and food. Stock trading is already conducted on 19 August of this year in the Republic of Crimea.

The result is three trading days the government bought the Crimeans 14175 tons of wheat of the 4th class of 146,4 million rubles, 8100 tons of wheat of the 5th grade 71.2 million and 2430 tonnes of barley 19.4 million.

It is planned to start in September the purchase of intervention in the Volga region, Siberia and the Urals.
