The company "Siberian Alliance" and HC "Uzbektenderkonsalting" for the purpose of implementation of agreements on creation in Moscow the trading house has written to the constituent documents to the registration authority of the Russian Federation, according to the materials of the Uzbek company.

In the materials stated that "Userplaceholders and Russian OOO "Fininvest Consulting prepared constituent documents on creation of the trading house in St. Petersburg. These agreements reached on the results of Uzbek-Russian working group on the supply of fruits and vegetables in Uzbekistan in Russia, said in the holding.

"Userplaceholders also signed a cooperation agreement with the National Association of wholesale-distribution centers for the implementation of fresh and processed fruit and vegetable, meat and dairy products from Uzbekistan to Russia. The document provides for discussion of questions of attraction of direct foreign investments to the projects and information exchange.

The results of the negotiations also reached a number of agreements on the supply of fruit and vegetable products from Uzbekistan retail network "the Magnet" and X5 Retail Group, indicated in the posted materials.

Earlier, representatives of the government of Uzbekistan suggested the Russian side to conclude an agreement on the lines of the FCS of Russia and Rosselkhoznadzor on the simplified procedure of customs and phytosanitary clearance. According to the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation, this year thanks to the joint work of the two countries the supply of Uzbek agricultural produce on the Russian market increased more than two times. However, the parties noted "a number of difficulties that impede the increase of deliveries of Uzbek fruit and vegetable products on the territory of Russia".

As the limiting factors of increasing the supply of fruits and vegetables to Russia from Uzbekistan experts call high tariffs for its transportation through the territory of countries-members of the Eurasian economic Union, high quarantine measures at the customs border of Russia, as well as unprofitable deliveries of products in small batches for retailers.

According to Ministry of economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in January-June 2016 increased fruit and vegetable exports by 30% - to 354 thousand tons. Of the total export of vegetables amounted to more than 270 thousand tons of fruits and grapes - 130 thousand, melons - 1.3 thousand tons. According to the Ministry, exports to Russia make up about 60-65% of total exports.
