The document is expected to be signed during the expected visit to Israel, Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev. His initial signing was held at the site of the intergovernmental Commission, which met on Tuesday in Jerusalem.

"We are moving from the General political agreements to very specific road map, which will be finally signed in November", — said the co-chair of the IPC, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich.

"This month we will spend discussing the structure of financing with the participation of companies and financial institutions to achieve the implementation of these projects", he added.

Deputy Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation Sergey Levin called the main component of the road map, the implementation of Israeli technologies of dairy farming and the establishment in Russia of "high-tech dairy cluster.

"We are heavily dependent on imports of these products, by importing up to seven to eight million tons of dairy products in recalculation on milk,"he said.

The roadmap also envisages cooperation in education and agricultural science, storage, processing and agrologistika, as well as in the field of land reclamation, irrigation, and drip irrigation.
