"Since the beginning of the crab fishing season already 3431 caught a ton of crab in the fishery involved 31 the ship. For comparison, in September 2015 the 23 vessels was extracted 2225 tons of Kamchatka crab, which is 30% ODE", — said the representative of the Kamchatka fisheries Institute.

He explained that the growth rate and production of Kamchatka crab is not so much the increase in the number of units of the fleet as all the predominant share of the ships transporting the caught crab in living form. The catches of such vessels for fishing sodoudi is generally higher than vessels on which crab is made from frozen products.

The crab fishery was reopened in 2013 after many years of prohibition production. For three seasons of field indicators remain at historically high levels, and the development of the total recommended catch of this species of crab is very close to 100%.
