The facility will be built in the village of Efimtseva of the Ulyanovsk region. The project involves the creation and processing of a dairy complex for 45 thousand tons of goals, small and medium farms in Ulyanovsk and Khvastovichy areas and plant in the industrial Park "Rosva".

First, the company will build up to the end of 2017. It will include 5 farms by 12 thousand heads, a complex for the production of milk, buttermilk, yogurt, and ice cream with a capacity of 800 tonnes per day and plant for production of 400 thousand tons of feed per year. The second phase of the project from 4 farms for 9.6 thousand heads should open before the end of 2020. Total investments in the project will amount to 400 to 500 million dollars.

A preliminary agreement between the regional government and the Vietnamese company was signed in may this year. The first stone was laid in the village of Bykovo, Moscow region. It is expected that in November this year will be allocated 2 500 hectares of land without an auction. The regional authorities and investors did not report details.
