Cherkizovo group, the leader of the meat industry of Russia, took part in the international exhibition SIAL held in Paris, France.

Presence on the official stand of Russia underscored its leading position in the field of Russian livestock, one of the first in its segment out to foreign markets. A few days the delegation of "Cherkizovo" has held more than 150 meetings with potential foreign partners and colleagues from other countries, in which large companies from Africa, Europe and Asia showed interest in cooperation in the field of exports.

Exhibition SIAL, which takes place in Paris every two years, has long been a meeting place for professionals of the food industry, reflecting the importance and complexity of the world food market, it involved all the leading players of the international market. Information that can be obtained during the exhibition, becomes the basis for strategic planning of any large company that has plans to enter the export market.

This year, Cherkizovo Group has already reached the markets of Egypt and East Africa and received permission on import of products from poultry in several Arab countries with special export brand Dajajti – based preferences of consumers from these regions. At the exhibition in Paris, the company is also the first time announced the expansion of poultry meat due to production of turkeys.

We intend to make a qualitative leap in this direction and will continue to work with potential partners. Two years later, exports may be about 20% of sales".
