One of the most prominent suburban projects is the farm "Russian cheese" in the Istra district, which in 2015 was created by the farmer Oleg Orphan. In his cheese factory he plans to recreate the pre-revolutionary Russian varieties of cheese, including the suburban. The farm produced cheeses such as "Gorgonzola", "Limburger", "Bergkase". According to farmer, the biggest demand cheese "Governor" – it can be attributed to the Swiss group of semi-hard cheese, it has a creamy taste with hints of mushroom.

"The variety of cheese named in honor of the Governor of Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov. It is the most popular politician in our region, besides a great awareness and good attitude of the population. But most importantly – the Moscow region authorities began to actively help the process of import substitution in our industry. State support is really felt. For example, this year I won a grant "Family farm", so the state pays 60% of the cost of construction of the barn", — told the suburban farmer Oleg Orphan.

According to him, for farms that produce cheese, it is very important that the authorities provide support for the organization of the sites where producers can sell their products without intermediaries. This and other actions, state and non-state support of the dairy industry, attracting investment, improving the quality of dairy products will be discussed in the framework of the III International agro-industrial milk forum.

"Farmers will be able to learn information about receiving state support and the best regional practices of creating farmers 'cooperatives", — said Deputy Chairman of Moscow region Government – Minister of investment and innovations Denis Butsaev.

The Forum will be attended by such companies as "swaps" agro, Danone, Valio, Ecolean, UTN Group LTD., "Farm growth", "Cheburashkiny", "Mustang Technologies feeding" and others.

III international agroindustrial dairy forum will take place on 17 and 18 November 2016 in the government House of Moscow region (Krasnogorsk, str. Builders, d. 1).
