It was attended by the representatives of the regional veterinary Department, OOO "Cascarones", Rosselkhozbank, Siberian research Institute of agriculture and peat, stations of the agrochemical service "Tomsk", the regional farmers ' Association "Tomsk "AKKOR", fgbu "Heartlessly", the regional trade Union of workers of agriculture and agrarian educational institutions.

During the meeting, the leaders summarized the work of the industry. As noted by Irina Cherdantseva, gross grain harvest in the region in 2016 after completion, according to preliminary data, amounted to more than 303 thousand tons, higher than last year by 3 thousand tons, however, the calculations are still ongoing.

"Thus, with confidence it can be noted that Tomsk oblast performs target indicators under the agreement with the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation on provision of state support to crop production", — said Irina.

Speech at the meeting was about the change in the ideology of state support of agriculture in 2017. Currently, the system is still being rebuilt, but some of the innovations we know now. Next year will begin a new system of preferential crediting of farmers, when government funds will be sent directly to the banks. In turn, financial institutions provide short term credits for agricultural producers at the reduced rate – not more than 5%.
