Cherkizovo group met in extended laboratory studies of products of poultry meat for content of residual quantity of metabolites of nitrofurans (mass fraction of 3-amino-2-oxazolidinone, 3-amino-5-morpholinomethyl-2-oxazolidinone, 1-aminoguanidine).

The investigated samples of meat products broiler chickens from the production sites of the Group "Cherkizovo" – "Petelinskaya" (breast, thigh), "Chicken Kingdom" (carcass), "Lisko broiler" (chicken fillet, thigh, carcass, legs, breast), the Vasilievskaya poultry farm (breast, thigh), Mosselprom (breast, thigh), JSC "Chicken Kingdom-Bryansk" (breast, thigh). Checked 48 batches of the finished product.

The studies were conducted in the research centre "Cherkizovo" (SIC) bioluminescent method on the analyzer Evidence Investigator, Randox (UK) on how "Evidence Investigator "EV 3695 ANTI MICROBIAL ARRAY III".

According to studies, metabolites of nitrofurans not detected, and all products from poultry meat is recognised by corresponding to requirements of Technical regulations of the Customs Union "On safety of food products" (CU TR 021/2011), Technical regulations of the Customs Union "On safety of meat and meat products" and others.
