Here CPS can invite foreign experts to exchange experiences. So, the College has cooperation agreements with Belarusian and French educational institutions preparing personnel for the dairy industry.
"For our enterprise the establishment of such a laboratory is a more skilled workforce, which we desperately need. Today there is a generational change, and we (milk processors – ed.) fell in the staffing hole. So all together, we help the College with what we can in order to get young professionals on the production", — said the Director of the company "Altaiskaya Burenka" Sergey Romanov.
About 10 companies have provided to the College equipment and building materials for the lab.
According to the Director of the College Natalia Solovieva, in General, this area has been invested 5.6 million rubles, 22% of which were in sponsorship.
