The corresponding agreement was signed by Kaluga region Governor Anatoly Artamonov. This was announced by Director General of OOO "Leyli Rus" Jeroen Keizer.

The aim of the project was the creation of its own production in terms of anti-Russian sanctions. Prior to their introduction in the region actively used machinery Lely, but now the price of imported equipment has increased, and policies of the US and EU may even make it impossible to continue the supply.

The preliminary capacity of the new plant-up to 60 robots per shift. Earlier it was expected that the project will be implemented in several stages, but specific plans have not been reported. Authorities in Kaluga region will support the project. Only it will be allocated about 500 thousand euros from the budget of the region and the investor.

Keyser also has not excluded that in the future, the new plant can be used for Assembly of other equipment, including the pressing or processing.
