The Ministry of economic development and agriculture of the Irkutsk region, the Fund "business support Center", Irkutsk state agrarian University. A. A. Egeskog and agro-industrial enterprises of the region signed an agreement on the establishment of agricultural cluster, reported the press service of the regional government.

"The strategic purpose of this cluster is to increase the competitiveness of producers of agricultural and food products of the region, development of small and medium-sized agribusiness tasks on import substitution. Also it will contribute to food security, which is one of the priorities of the strategy for socio-economic development of Irkutsk region till 2030", – the press service quoted Minister of economic development of the region Anton Logashov.
