Arbitration court of Bashkiria has supported the Republican Department of the Federal service for supervision in the sphere of nature management (Rosprirodnadzor), systemowego with OAO "Ptitsefabrika "Bashkirskaya" (included in "Rusgrain holding") 39,69 million rubles of damage caused to the environment.

The corresponding decision is published in the files of arbitration cases on December 23.

According to the materials of the case, Rosprirodnadzor asked the residents of Ufa district of Bashkiria with the complaint that the farm dumps liquid waste (poultry manure) directly into the woods and into the pond on the territory of garden Association "the cherry".
