"This year the region expects to receive 50 million rubles for reclamation, about 30 times more. Amelioration is one of the key objects of attention of regional and Federal authorities. The sector of agro-industrial complex requires a large capital investment comparable to investment in large-scale industrial business project. But a key investor in reclamation has been and remains the state", — said A. Alikhanov.
