On event will perform assistant Professor at the Department of aquaculture (University of Kentucky) Andrew ray. The subject of his speech will be "Farming of shrimp in RAS."

First and foremost the work of a specialist focuses on increasing self-sufficient development, efficiency and profitability of aquaculture systems.

Some of his research topics include the reclamation of waste aquaculture, polyculture systems, complex aquatic food production, improvement of systems bioflora, water purification RACES and hybrid technology biofloc-RAS, dynamics of water quality, microbial ecology and stable isotope ecology of aquaculture systems.

Dr. ray works with several water types, including marine shrimp, tilapia, largemouth bass and ornamental carp.

The conference will also be hearing the speech of Asgeirsdottir Berglind, extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Iceland in Russia, which tells of the fish processing industry in Iceland.
