Stavropol scientists have introduced a new meat breed cows on exhibition in the Federation Council in Moscow. This breed gives Kobe beef a high quality. About it reports a press-service of the Governor of Stavropol territory.

"Among the features of the new breed – quick weight to 560 pounds in a year and a half", — said the rector of the Stavropol agrarian University Vladimir Trukhachev.

Marbled beef is called meat with layers of fat, which is obtained from some breeds of cattle under certain conditions of keeping and feeding animals. Such meat is highly prized in cooking.
