The conference will be held in the framework of the official visit of President of Slovenia Borut Pahor in Russia.

In particular, the President of the National Union of producers of fruits and vegetables Sergei Korolev and the Director of the Slovenian company Duol Dusan Olay has signed an agreement on cooperation and interaction.

Also at the conference, a contract was signed between UCS "MEGA-C" and RICO on the design and construction of plant with capacity of 120 thousand tons per year for deep processing of grain, feed production, and gluten-free. The document was signed by the Director PSK "MEGA-" Alan Tutaev and CEO of RICO Janez Shkrabets.

The company "Gostol-Gopan" signed two documents – one with "Russian food company", and the second from Tula bakery.

In addition, the South Ural machine-building plant ("MK ORMETO-YUMZ") signed with the manufacturer of industrial furnaces of the Slovenian company Bosio contract in connection with the first stage of modernization of steelmaking.

Currently, about 200 Slovenian companies are operating in 60 Russian regions. The Russian economy has accumulated about 400 million euros of direct Slovenian investments. Russian capital, in turn, is present on the Slovenian market in the amount of about EUR 600 million of investments, primarily investments in metallurgy and Spa facilities.
