93 thousands of farmers from 70 Russian regions delegated their representatives to participate in the Congress, which was held in Moscow on February 16-17.
During the meeting, many spoke positively about their experience of cooperation with the state leasing company "Rosagroleasing".
"Rosagroleasing is a reliable, affordable farmer's assistant, we have a great upgrade program of agricultural machinery, the grace, the best, in my opinion, does not exist", — shared his impressions of cooperation, the Chairman of the Vladimir regional Council of the Association of KFKH Vozrozhdenie SELA Elena Degtyareva.
The head of KFKH Rodnichok from the Lipetsk region Yury Dorokhin actively uses the mechanism of Federal leasing: "We bought tractors, seed drills, seeders, how the program AKKOR and Federal leasing. The last time the acquired technology in 2016. Cooperate with the company for one simple reason – it offers the most favorable conditions".
According to the Minister of agriculture of Russia Alexander Tkachev, the leasing company gives priority to work with small businesses, understands approaches to the development of cooperatives in rural areas and has successful experience of financing projects for the creation mashinno-technological stations, the installation of a modular dairy plants, the construction of Elevator complexes.
The Minister noted that in order to accelerate the pace of renovation of agricultural machinery on leasing conditions necessary to carry out the recapitalization of Rosagrolizing in the near future and asked to calculate the state leasing company, in conjunction with AKKOR only need to farmers and to state the estimated amount of funds for capitalization.
All calculations were quickly made, and as a result, delegates decided to capitalize JSC "Rosagroleasing" for 10 billion rubles as the company providing farmers with the optimum conditions for renewal of agricultural machinery.
The decision of the XXVIII Congress in the near future will be sent to the Government of the Russian Federation.
