In January 2017 at the Kursk meat processing plant (included into group of companies "Agropromkomplektatsiya") commissioned the upgraded pump station serving pressure water to cleaning the posts on the site handling cattle.

"Car wash facility consists of two separate buildings (cleaning of cattle and washing of refrigerators) that are posted according to the sanitary standards in different non-intersecting flows, - has told the chief of service of industrial cleaning LLC "KMZ" Victor Melnychuk. – Each building has three boxes for washing vehicles with two foaming disinfectant posts in each, which allows us to reduce the time of washing and processing transport (up to two hours for a unit of equipment for cattle, up to one hour for a 20-ton refrigerated trucks) and to avoid clusters of cars waiting for their turn on the sink."

In the operation of car wash equipment used by Belarusian company Limens, including a pumping station, consisting of 6 individual pumps for supplying water under a pressure of 150 bar. In order to improve the efficiency of the station was designed additional architecture - the basic model is equipped with equalization tank 200 liters, and a new Central bar water flow from the pumps to the distribution system of water.

It is possible to reduce the acceleration of vodotoka with the required pressure of 150 bar from the pumping station to the washing post in the pits with four minutes to one, which creates a uniform load on all six pumps, and extends their service life.

Another distinctive feature is independent from each other, the work of the pumps that allows technicians to perform maintenance of the station without stopping the operation of the car wash.
