Received in 2016 a record gross harvest of grain and leguminous crops made up of 120.7 million tons of grain in weight after processing, said the results of the harvest campaign Rosstat.

Previously, the crop was estimated by the statistical office in 119.1 million T. As expected, the adjustment has occurred largely at the expense of corn – her final collection increased from 13.8 million t to 15.3 million t. Thus, a record corn crop last year 16 per cent higher than in 2015 (13.2 million tons).
