Agricultural products in the British market will rise by 8% after London will complete the procedure of leaving the EU, experts say. Significantly more expensive fruits and vegetables in major British cities, as the decline in trade relations with Europe will lead to a decline in supply of agricultural products in the country.

In 2016, the UK imported agricultural products in the amount of 47.5 billion pounds. About 70% of imported goods had on the European manufacturers. The main suppliers of fruit were made by Dutch and Spanish farmers, and the wine supplied by French businessmen.

However, experts also believe that British farmers will create a good opportunity to increase its own production and to take a leading position in the agricultural market of Britain.
