Yaroslavl motor plant (YAMZ) "Autodiesel" (enters in group GAS) starts serial production of medium-line engines for the equipment of modern agricultural machinery, grain and forage harvesters, tractors.

The terms of reference were drawn up the "Rostselmash" and the St. Petersburg tractor plant.

The line of four - and six-cylinder diesel engines includes 12 models with a power range 140-286 HP Engines developed on the basis of YAMZ-530 created by the Gas together with the Austrian engineering company AVL List and have the advantage over most foreign and domestic analogues on such indicators as power and torque with lower fuel consumption.
