This was announced by the Chairman of the regional government Denis Butsaev. "Meeting with farmers, we plan to make permanent. While it will be every two weeks in different districts of the Moscow region, in order to get proper feedback to those working on the ground" — quoted by D. Butsaev in a message posted on the official website of the government of the Moscow region.

The Chairman explained that previously, the Moscow authorities have made arrangements with private landowners that they will provide to farmers plots for long periods of time – up to five years. But in practice this system does not work in all municipalities of the Moscow region: farmers complain about the impossibility to achieve long-term lease of large land users.
