APH "Miratorg" has become the official supplier of the premium "marble" beef for the Moscow representative office of Japan Airlines, the national airline and flag carrier of Japan, says the press service of the company.

The company supplies premium cut of the strip loin and tenderloin of the highest grade of marbling for cooking steaks in the menu of in-flight catering business class JAL flight from Moscow to Tokyo. The company is also considering expanding the volume and range of supplies.

Miratorg has produced over 40,5 thousand "marbled" beef in 2016 and is a major supplier for the Russian HoReCa market, while expanding exports. "Miratorg" – the only company outside of North America that was certified according to the standards of Certified Angus Beef. Among the export markets are, in particular, the UAE and the Gulf countries.
