Like a year ago, the first line of the rating took the Cherkizovo group is compared with 2015 the volume of production of animal feed increased by 75 thousand tons, to almost 1.6 million tonnes due to reach full capacity of production facilities in Voronezh and Bryansk areas. This dynamics is associated with the expansion of the segments of pig and poultry.

At the end of last year, holding 9% to of 184.8 thousand tons increased production of pork (in live weight), 6% to 500,3 thousand tons of poultry meat. Eight feed mills companies in the Moscow, Lipetsk, Voronezh, Penza and Bryansk regions to 100% provide for needs of poultry and livestock units.

In the structure of production in 2016, 63% were in mixed feeds for poultry and 37% for pigs. In connection with the expansion of pig-breeding complexes in 2017, "Cherkizovo" plans to produce about 1.7 million tonnes of feed. Total design capacity of the plants exceed 2 million tons of food per year – have the opportunity to increase production in the future.

Second, the Federal ranking of the largest producers of compound feed, composed of "Agroinvestor", includes 20 companies. Together in 2016, they produced about 12.6 million tons – almost 49% of the total animal feed in the country.
