During the meeting the sides discussed the issues of expanding the export of Russian wheat to China, as well as admission of Russian pork to the Chinese market, the press service of the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation.

"In April, the first trial batch of wheat have already been shipped to China. The volume is still small. Russia is ready to significantly expand the supply of wheat to the Chinese market", — said Yevgeny Nepoklonov.

The representative COFCO International has said it is ready to invest in crops projects in the framework of "One belt and one road", and to increase the import of wheat from Russia.
