"The optimism index in the agricultural sector remains high. I would say that there is stabilization of the index of optimism", — said General Director of IKAR Dmitry Rylko, adding that the results of the study coincide "with the personal feelings".

At the same time, Rylko said that the profitability of agribusiness in Russia is "in the opposite direction with the other countries of the far abroad", where the agricultural sector "there is no profit," although the economy while the "cost to close".
