According to rukovoditelja of the Rosselkhoznadzor Sergey Manquera the Rosselkhoznadzor every day stops at the border with Belarus and Kazakhstan livestock and crop products without the accompanying documents.

"I think we need to make a decision the same law that those products that move without documents, must be destroyed. What is happening today? We are on the border, even if set post, we're holding up production are simply forced back to return it. If the products are sanctions, we can destroy it", — said Dankvert.

The head of the Rosselkhoznadzor stressed that this issue was discussed with Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, and this initiative will be presented to the government.

"Igor Ivanovich (Shuvalov – ed.) on this topic said, it needs such an initiative in the government (imagine – ed), make a decision: that no documents should be destroyed even when moving within the country, because it has completely different risks," — he said.
