Cluster for the production of cheese will be created in the Yaroslavl region until the end of 2017. Legal procedure on its registration started on Friday. About TASS reported the Deputy Chairman of the Yaroslavl regional government Valery Cold.

"On behalf of Dmitry Mironov (acting Governor – ed.) in the Yaroslavl region by the end of the year will create cheese cluster. Now we are working on different variants of the trademark, which would guarantee quality products to area residents. As one of the options we are considering "Zirkoff". We will hold a focus group to ensure that the public can participate in choosing a new trade mark", — said Kholodov.

The government of the region invites you to join the cluster of cheese producers, milk producers, and also those who have plans on reconstruction and modernization of production, startups in the field of cheese-making, the scientific community.
