On the don, in spite of the unstable weather conditions, the grain-harvesting campaign continues. The harvest of early grain crops has started production in all districts of the Rostov region.

- To date, the farms of the region removed of 1.13 million hectares or more than 38% from the General harvesting areas, gross collection amounted to almost 4.5 million tons with an average yield of almost of 39.8 kg/ha - said the Minister of agriculture and food of Rostov region Konstantin Rafalowski. - Every minute, taking advantage of the lack of rainfall, farmers continue harvesting.

The lead in area harvested early grain still farmers Salsky district. Here harvested more than 110 thousand hectares. In the second place the economy Zimovnikovsky district, where early cultures are threshed on the area of 79 thousand hectares. Completing the top three farmers Zernogradskiy and Tselinsky district, remove for 65.5 thousand hectares.
