In the future, such products and packaging have never can be used.

The Deputy Minister suggested to regulate the situation with these and other products to make a number of amendments to the law on trade. First, he suggested changes in part 1 of law 381 on trade. According to him, the return products must be overcome only by the consumer packaging and labeling of products, except for perishables with expired. The second amendment Nepoklonov proposed to Supplement article 9 of the act, namely to allow the networks to sell food products expiring at prices lower than previously announced, due to discounts and promotions. The Deputy Minister also proposes to increase the amount of fines the entity conducting a trade, for the presence on the shelves of food products with expired shelf life.
