The completion of the acquisition of the group of companies Danone in Russia for the sale Orlovsky dairy plant described in most of the CC and the regional government.

The new owner of the object, Moscow, OOO "First line" in the plans which declared the preservation of the core business – milk processing full cycle.

According to the Vice-President of Danone in Russia and the CIS Marina Balabanova, GK "we are pleased that we managed to find a worthy investor through which will increase not only the volume of milk procurement in the region, but also create new jobs." And it "fully complies with the wish of the government of the region".

All legal procedures for the transfer of the Orel plant to new owners in the GC expect to finish this summer.
