Total catch of all Russian users at data Center monitoring system of fishery and communications of 25 July 2017, amounted to 2 million 797,8 thousand tons (including production of living aquatic resources in freshwater water bodies in the amount of 49.9 thousand tons), which was 97.4 thousand tons, or 3.6% more than last year on the analyzed date.

In the far Eastern basin total catch of aquatic bioresources is 1 million 885,3 thousand tons 58 thousand tons more than last year due to the increase of production of crabs in the Okhotsk sea, and cod in the Bering sea. On the Pollock fishery utilized 1 232,4 million thousand tons, higher than last year by 22.9 thousand tons.

In the Northern basin the catch reached 367,1 thousand tons more than last year by 14.57 tons. The level of production of cod exceeds last year's figure of 23 thousand tonnes and is 271,8 thousand Haddock produced 65.4 thousand tons, which is less than last year 12.5 thousand tonnes due to the redistribution of fishing effort.

Total catch in the Baltic sea constitute 50.3 thousand tons, higher than last year by 0.5 thousand tons. The fishery sprat catch has increased to 29.9 thousand, which is 3.6 million tons more than last year. The catch of Baltic herring decreased by 2.2 thousand tons, to 14.2 thousand tons. It is associated with a dislocation of the fleet, mainly on sprat fishery.

In the Azov-black sea basin produced 50.1 thousand tons of water biological resources, which is less than last year's level by 9.8 thousand tons in connection with a reduction in the production of sprat and other objects of the fishery. The fishery of anchovy catch has reached 27.5 thousand tons, more than last year's level of 2.4 thousand tons. Sprat mastered 5.3 thousand tons, which is below last year's figures by 2 thousand tons.

In the Caspian basin total catch of aquatic bioresources increased by 2.2 thousand tons and amounted to 35.2 thousand tons. The fishery of sardines produced 0.7 thousand tons less than last year by 0.5 thousand tons. The catch of large and small freshwater is 15.4 thousand tons, lower than last year by 0.1 thousand tons, due to a reduction in the number of vessels in the fishery.

The development of quotas of catch of water biological resources in the zones of foreign countries increased by 9.9 thousand tons, mainly from fishing in the zone of Morocco, and is 242,5 thousand tons

The level of production in conventional districts and open part of the oceans has reached 151.6 thousand tons. Compared to the same period in 2016, the catch increased by 23.1 thousand tons in connection with the increase in development in areas of the NEAFC regulatory and YUTO.
