According to the head of the region Sergey Levchenko, special attention should be paid to two areas of activity, which is currently actively developing on the territory of Irkutsk region. We are talking about the entry into circulation of the abandoned agricultural land and the increased milk production.

This year's acreage in the region grew by 25 thousand hectares. the Governor has reminded that next year is the "even greater challenge". As for the dairy industry, this year in the Angara region will be exceeded milk production per dairy cow in agricultural organizations over 5 thousand kg. This will allow the region to move to a new category, for which the Ministry of agriculture distributes subsidies increase the ratio.
