The funds allocated in the framework of the Federal target program "Sustainable development of rural territories for 2014-2017 and for the period till 2020". It works in every municipality of the region.

– For the Krasnodar territory, the support of rural areas is an economic and socially significant issue. Half of the total population of the region lives in rural areas. And need to create all the necessary conditions to ensure that their standard of living was no worse than in the city – this is the position of the leadership of the region, – said Andrey Box.

Vice-Governor noted that the allocation from Federal and regional budgets of means (98.4 million RUB and 277,7 million RUB respectively) will be used for the improvement of living conditions, social and engineering infrastructure of villages and hamlets of the region.

Thus, in the framework of the Federal target program up to the end of 2017 on Kuban it is planned to build and put into operation over 100 km of gas pipelines, 25 km of water supply networks, 6 General practitioners ' offices and 9 multi-purpose sports grounds with a total area of 9105 square metres. According to the Deputy head of the region, last week this area with a fitness area and a Playground for occupation by workout cost 4.5 million rubles was opened in the Leningrad area.

– Next year it is planned to lay means no less than this, in order that in any case not to reduce the pace of rural development in the region, – summarized Andrei Box.
