This issue was discussed by the acting Governor of Primorsky Krai Andrey Tarasenko, Deputy head of the Federal Agency for fishery of Russia by Peter Savchuk. According to the latter, one of the tasks of the Ministry is to organize a major auction site.

"This auction house will allow us to attract in the region a huge number of foreign partners, as well as effectively and capitalize on the rich fishing resources of the region," said Savchuk.

Tarasenko said that the region is ready to act as the operator of the auction house, in this case, the region's share shall be 30%.

According to authorities, the interest of creation in Primorye, the auction house has already expressed to foreign investors. So, 100 million rubles are ready to invest the company DNG global Co. Ltd from the Republic of Korea and 1 billion rubles to the development Bank of China.
