The state Corporation "rostec", the management of which at the end of the year will be over troubled concern "tractor plants" (GTC), will attract it to strategic investors after the bankruptcy of the concern and the solution of operational tasks. This was reported to journalists by the head of Rostec Sergey Chemezov on the sidelines of the exhibition Dubai Airshow 2017.

"It is now decided that KTZ is transferred to the management of Rostec, we are preparing a financial recovery plan, some part of the debt during bankruptcy is likely to be restructured. Issues now in the GTC very much. When you have a bankruptcy and solve operational tasks, we will invite strategic investors. The military part of the group will be able to claim only a Russian investor, in the civilian sector can participate and foreign", - he said.

According to Chemezov, rostec controls all the processes regarding the bankruptcy of the GTC, talk about closing plants is not. "We don't want people left without jobs, close plants - this is out of the question. The main debt to Vnesheconombank and the Corporation, therefore, we will make the decision what to do with this company", - said the head of Rostec.

"The experience of this financial recovery we have is a former Izhmash concern "Kalashnikov". The result, as you can see, the enterprise is working successfully," he added.

In October, the Bank submitted the claim about bankruptcy of the GTC. Earlier it was reported that the working group comprising representatives of Rostec, Vnesheconombank, Ministry of industry and trade, Ministry of labour and regional authorities have prepared a road map for the recovery of concern "tractor plants". The total accumulated financial liabilities of group companies GTC exceed 85 billion rubles.

Earlier, the Bank filed a claim for recognition of the group's bankruptcy, the amount of the claim is 68.5 billion rubles. Source TASS reported that currently the situation in the enterprises of the GTC complex, the group generates monthly losses amount to 200-300 million rubles.
