The meeting is tentatively addressed the issue on changing the composition of the Board: after the decision by the presidency of NSA in the composition of the Board will include Nikolay Fedoseevich Galaguza (IC "Rosgosstrakh"). The Board tentatively agreed changes to the personal composition of the three Committees, NSA, and approved the report of the Disciplinary Commission of the NRA issued on 1 June 2017 the decisions on bringing to disciplinary responsibility of the companies-members of the Union.

As noted Roots of Beidou, the main destinations for NSA remains the further development of the agricultural insurance system in Russia, the implementation of the agreed with the Central Bank, Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of agriculture targeted programs NSA. Special attention will be given to regional work, including carrying out advocacy work to improve the financial literacy of farmers in the regions, popularization of space monitoring and regulatory capabilities to use this tool as evidence of the insured event. Will also be active work aimed at preparation of underwriting documents and make if necessary changes to the Rules of agricultural insurance; accumulation and storage of primary statistical data - realization of the target program on creation of uniform information system on agricultural insurance with state support.

The important direction - development of system of reinsurance of agricultural risks; interaction with Minselkhoz of the Russian Federation and regional authorities, agriculture, industry unions and associations; contributing to the consolidation of NSA with the self-regulatory organization in the insurance market.

Also, the Board tentatively agreed on the date of the General meeting of members of the Union, summing up the year and planning activities of NSA in 2018.

All the reporting on the NSA Board decisions were adopted by the participants of the meeting unanimously.

From 1 January 2016 at the market of agricultural insurance with state support is a single national Association, the national Union of agricultural insurers. Insurance companies, who are members of the NSA, from 1 January 2016 are not eligible to enter into contracts of insurance with state support. The creation of a centralized system of agricultural insurance in the Russian Federation is provided by Federal law 22.12.2014 No. 424-FZ on amendments to the Law "On state support in agricultural insurance..." №260-FZ.
