In Tatarstan for state support to the agricultural sector has special grants for the best employees. For these purposes defined in the budget of 10 million rubles. The founder's grants will be the Ministry of agriculture and food of Tatarstan, the correspondent of IA REGNUM with reference to the corresponding resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the region.

The grants will be awarded on a competitive basis to the heads and specialists of agroindustrial complex, funds for these purposes will allocate from the budget of the Republic.

"The goal of granting the award is to increase the prestige of occupations in agricultural production", — stated in the decree.

To qualify for a grant can agronomists, mechanical engineers, zooengeneery, veterinary doctors, agricultural economists, human resources workers, specialists in labor protection, and also heads of agricultural enterprises.

Grant applications will be taken from the announcement date to 20 November. The size of the award of the grant will amount to 100 thousand rubles. They will select 100 recipients.

As previously reported IA REGNUM, because of the weather conditions the harvesting campaign in Tatarstan in 2017 began with a delay of two weeks. In the areas of the specialists of agricultural sector worked in the strengthened mode, to catch up with a forced lag.

The high grain harvest led to a decline in procurement prices and the formation of surplus from the producers. On one of the September meetings, the Minister of agriculture and food Marat Akhmetov said that about 1 million tons of grain available to producers in the region, are not in demand in the domestic market.

By the end of November 2017 in Tatarstan harvested 5 108,8 thousand tons of grain (including corn for grain). At the same date in 2016 was yielding 4355,5 thousand tons.
