In the plenary meeting of the forum on 16 November was attended by acting Minister of agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Krai Leonid Shorokhov, the Chairman of Committee on Affairs of village and the agroindustrial policy of Legislative Assembly Sergei Zyablov, as well as heads of districts, heads of agricultural enterprises, the specialists of the municipal departments of agriculture, scientists, research institutes, educational organizations.

Leonid Shorokhov, speaking with a great report, stressed that the year for farmers was a challenge, largely due to weather conditions. The official also listed other challenges facing the agricultural sector of the region.

"Constraints to agricultural development are the loss of crops, falling prices for products of crop production, decrease in quality of grain and harvested forages. Acute problem is the shortage of working capital to purchase raw materials, high debt load of the enterprises lack of own funds", - said the acting Minister.

To solve the existing problems and, in General, to support agriculture in 2017 has been allocated more than 7 billion rubles. Of them marginal money — 5 billion 626 million. The following year the regional Treasury to support agriculture has 5 billion 553 million rubles, but this figure may increase during the adjustment budget.

"One of the strategic directions is the promotion of regional products not only in domestic market but also outside the province and country. Most importantly, and for that we need to really understand that together we — force", - said Shorohov.

At the plenary session were also made by the rector of Krasgau Natalia Pijikova, the representative of Management of Federal tax service on edge Elena Salova and the head of Minusinsk and Kansk districts Eugene Norkin and Aleksandr zarutskiy.

The ceremonial part of the plenary meeting was the presentation of awards to the best workers who distinguished themselves during the harvest, dealers of manufacturers of agricultural machinery: "Nazarbaeyv", "Agroselkhoztekhnika", "agro-Master Krasnoyarsk", TD "Galaxy", "avtospetsmash".

Recall that the current agro-industrial forum of Siberia — anniversary. Already 25 times the farmers collected at one site after the completion of the harvest. The forum discussed the key issues presented achievements in the field of agriculture, plans. Special attention this year was paid to the special equipment, allowing to minimize the loss in the harsh climate.

Traditionally, the forum is accompanied by the awarding of the best representatives of the industry. Parallel to the international exhibition and business center "Siberia" holds a large food fair, which presents a model of local agricultural products and producers. Each Krasnoyarsk citizen can buy at the fair fresh and natural products: meat, milk, vegetables, honey and others. The fair runs until 18 November at the international exhibition and business center "Siberia" (street of Pilots, 19 ). Admission is free.
