Authorities in Stavropol region expect to place agrochemical cluster on the territory of regional industrial Park in Nevinnomyssk. In an interview with TASS said the Governor of the region Vladimir Vladimirov.

"First regpara already filled, the second stage is a agrochemical cluster - we plan to work on the organization of the logistics centre and the production of fertilizers, and the creation of a platform for training to use released products. Thus we get the promotion of products, removing intermediaries and at the same time additional responsibility for producers," he said.

Nevinnomyssk is the only single-industry town in Stavropol Krai, city-forming enterprise - producer of mineral fertilizers "Nevinnomyssky Azot". One of the areas to reduce monotonicity - development of the industrial Park, which employs 12 residents.

"As with any production, there are problems - there is burdening credit, bankruptcy, history has not bypassed and the industrial Park. OOO "Taustal" (plant for the production construction valves - approx. TASS) has solved these problems thanks to the change of investor. <...> CJSC "Lissant-Yug" (production of sandwich panels - approx. TASS) is also in the stage of solving all issues. I think they will pay to the Bank and peacefully continue to work, because this is a very popular region for our products," - said Vladimirov.

Residents of the regional industrial Park receive tax privileges on profit, property, exemption from land tax, preferential terms for connection to engineering communications, support of investment projects using "one window" and other preferences.
