If this is not the first year, the main company of the holding – Saratov fat combine (FLC) ships products without TRANS fats at the request of customers. Today, SHC is ready for a full transition to bestrasova recipe. Thus, from 1 January, all production of FLC will be issued in accordance with the requirements of the technical regulations – with a minimum content of TRANS fats.

From January 2018 in Russia introduced restrictions on the content of TRANS fats in fat-and-oil products at a level not more than 2%. This level meets the who recommendations and is used in many countries of the world. Now the content of TRANS fats in the fatty phase may not exceed 20%.
