"Miratorg" from scratch built a vertically integrated beef production from "field to fork" with the total number of cattle specialized meat breed "Aberdeen Angus" in excess of 490 animals. In the Kaliningrad region the holding implements an important part of the project: reproduction of the herd and the breeding of commercial livestock for further fattening, slaughter and processing enterprise in the Bryansk region. Semis of beef are returned to Kaliningrad, where the distribution company implements their network clients.

The growth of beef production allows to expand the supply to the retail chains and stores to meet consumer demand and increase the availability of quality meat. In 2017, the company significantly expanded the range of supplies, including due to the line of alternative steaks at affordable prices.

"We continue to increase supplies to the trading network of the Kaliningrad region, and it's not just beef: at the end of 2017 on the shelves of supermarkets appeared chilled and frozen chicken products. In connection with the increase in demand we are making our products more accessible: customers can purchase high quality meat where he's comfortable," commented the press service of the APH "Miratorg".
