Earlier it was reported that town-planning-land Commission of Moscow city (UPLC) has approved the reconstruction and construction of new buildings of the Moscow factory of sparkling wines. After completion of the project, the plant area will increase by almost 1.4 times - from 68 thousand square meters to about 97 thousand sq. m.
"To those areas that we have planned to erect a 34 thousand square meters of production and warehouse complexes in our territory with the subsequent attraction to these areas of anchor residents. The ultimate goal is to turn this territory into a food cluster status of industrial (industrial) Park," he said.
It is planned that on the area of the food cluster will be located enterprise specializing in the production of foodstuffs and beverages, said Talaev. So, in 2017 the territory of the plant was put into operation production and warehouse building with an area of 8.5 thousand square meters, which has placed two anchor resident-manufacturer of food products. Project completion is scheduled for 2022-2023 years.
The project is implemented within the framework of the city of Moscow on development of industrial zones and support the industry. As explained Talaev, anchor tenants that will be located on the site of the new industrial Park will also have the benefits of the government of Moscow the tax to property and profit.
Moscow champagne winery was founded in 1980 and is one of the largest in Russia. Today the plant produces more than 10 brands of champagne and "quiet wine" and brandy of different extracts.
