Means are provided within the bounds of the Tambov region administration agreements with the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Federal Agency for fisheries.

"The total limit of funds from the Federal and regional budgets in the course of the year will focus on the development of horticulture, subsidize the acquisition of elite seeds, crop insurance and animal. Also to be funded by grants for development of small forms of managing, maintenance of pedigree breeding stock of animals, for reimbursement of interest on investment loans, non-support for the cultivation of seed potatoes and vegetables, improvement of productivity in dairy cattle", — said the Agency interlocutor.

In addition, part of the allocated sum will be invested in measures for melioration of agricultural lands for sustainable development of rural areas.

The press service said that the financing of the Tambov farmers has already begun. The first tranche of subsidies on productivity in dairy cattle focused on the accounts of agricultural producers of the region.
