"This is a unique and often the only employment for the indigenous population in the villages, so the County government is actually fully assumed the costs to support the industry. In 2017, the industry received 930 million rubles," - said Kopin.

The average salary of herders increased by 21% to more than 45 thousand rubles. Introduced system encourage employees of the industry depending on the result. For the needs of the 16 breeding companies regularly purchases equipment, communications equipment, protective clothing and equipment.
